How do I clean my unsealed floor?
Read nowThe kitchen floor tiles in our new house have either not been sealed, or sealant has worn off.
They become dirty and marked very easily.
I have used a heavy duty steam cleaner- which helped- but it's not practical to use on a daily basis.
What would you advise?

Can you advise exactly how I should lay cladding panel tiles outdoors?
Read nowI am looking at using your riven slate panel cladding on a structure outside (the outer building to a woodfire oven).
The structure will be made of 9mm WBP secured to frame work, I will stress there is no direct heat coming from the oven to this outer building.
From previous questions am i correct in thinking the wbp should be treated first with an acrylic followed by a bonding agent then the tiles applied using a flexible adhesive?
Can you recommend which brands for outside use?

Using Slate Tiles Inside To Match Outside
Read nowI would like to use tiles that look the same in our kitchen and on our patio, and am thinking of the Brazilian black slate.
Can we use the same slate tiles inside and outside or is it best to use specific external tiles for the outside?
If so, is there a combination you'd recommend which will look like the same tiles? Thanks!

What products should I use to install my Brazilian Brushed slate onto a marine ply floor?
Read nowI recently received a sample of your antique brushed Brazilian black slate and had some questions before I placed an order.
What products did you use to treat the slate as I would like to achieve the same finish on the floor.
Also which bonding agent, adhesive and grout would you recommend, the tiles will be laid onto a marine ply floor with under floor heating in a kitchen.
