We have installed the split face slate on a feature wall behind our log burner and now want to carry this outside on to our patio wall

- is it suitable for outdoor use, and if so, what product would you recommend to seal it correctly?

These products have been used many times to clad exterior walls. With respect to the best sealer to use, we would suggest using a water based sealer such as the Mattstone H20 this will leave the stone looking at its most natural but will be easier to use in an external application.
