Can the White Quartz Split Face Tiles be used on a wall with direct contact to water like a shower?

We have just had your brushed brazillan black slate floor installed professionally so properly sealed etc. it is beautiful but we have managed to scratch it in a very obvious place.

Could you give me any advice on anything we can do to remove or make scratches look less obvious. Secondly what cleaning products would you recommend for normal day to day cleaning.

We laid half a floor of tiles yesterday only to find this morning that many had not "set" ie they were not attached to the adhesive.

What have we done wrong?

I have had someone help me install my new slate floor and it seems to still have a cloudy film on the floor.

We have not put the pre sealer on yet, but the more it is cleaned off the more it seems to get cloudy

I have bought honed black Brazilian slate hearth in December 2017. The top surface has been scored (stove installation). How can this be repaired? Many thanks, Sheila
