Damaged tiles

The Question

If we are supposed to check tiles for damage when they are deleivered, is the delivery driver really going to stand by while we open and check all through the pallets?

The Answer

we appreciate that it is impossible to check every tile for damage at the point of delivery. However as a general rule, if there is any visible sign of damage to the outer shrink wrap on the pallet, there is a chance that the goods have been damaged during transit. If you can see any damage or suspect that there may be any, we just ask you to sign the delivery note as 'damaged'

This way we can send any replacements free of charge.
