Will slate tiles darken further the more sealant is applied?

The short answer would be yes, but only if using the LTP Colour Intensifier and Stainblock.

It is worth noting however, that our sealers work on an 'impregnating' basis, once the tiles have reached saturation, any excess product will need to be buffed off to avoid a greasy residue over the surface of the tiles.
