What stone can I use for a multi fuel fire hearth?

What can i use for multi fuel hearths?

Hello John

Hearths are generally supplied on 30 or 50mm thicknesses. It is worth checking with the manufacturer of the multi fuel fire itself to see if they have any thickness or size recommendations. We would suggest a 50mm thickness would probably be best but of course it does depend on the fire and the manufacturers instructions. If you would like to take a look at the hearths page, all the relevant options can be viewed. Should the size you require not be a standard stock item, please let us know as we do have the option to order bespoke sizes direct from the factory. If you have any specific cutting or finishing requirements, all you will need to do is email us a detailed drawing, we will forward this to the factory, from which they will then use to price accordingly.

As always John, should you have any additional queries, please call our dedicated Sales Team on 01283 730388 who will be happy to help you.

NB: Bespoke orders from Brazil can take approximately 8-12 weeks to arrive with us (depending on quarry commitments).
