Can I return unused/excess slate tiles to you?

Yes customers are more than welcome to return surplus to requirements items for a refund in full of any undamaged tiles or unopened product items. You can either return the items in person to our warehouse or we can organise a collection by haulier on your behalf (at cost to yourself).
Should you wish us to organise a slate or consumable collection for you, it will be necessary for you to pack the surplus items on a pallet securely for transit as we can only refund you for items that arrive to us in a resalable condition. Bubble wrap, cardboard, wood for bracing and shrink wrap are all good mediums to facilitate secure packing for a safe transit to us.
Should you wish to return a limestone product please call our office on 01283 730388 for a detailed method of packing to better ensure their safe return and subsequently your full refund.
It is recommended that you photograph the pallet prior to the collection to substantiate the method of packing used.
